@twiggr10 stars as Rhea in the latest @violethazeproductions short film out now. Rosie is a terrific performer who we met through mutual friends a few years ago. This is now the second short film we’ve worked with her on after Big Sister but she’s already set to be involved in @motifthefilm later on this year with us 🙌 In addition to being a wonderful human, actor and making @nicky__dop feel better about his gluten intolerance, Rosie is also an amazing 1st AD and has been working across films and music videos for a while now. We can’t stress enough how much Rosie improves any project she’s involved in. She brought a level of authenticity to her role as Rhea, particularly in how creatives deal with ‘difficult’ bosses. She was also a trooper after stepping in fairly last minute when another actor had dropped out and then working with some pretty brutal shooting hours to get this done. Pro tip - filming in the @anotherworldmediahq office gives you a perfect excuse to use neon red lighting in your short film. Huge shout out to everyone who worked so hard on our latest short film shoot ‘The Edit’ but particularly our lead actors @twiggr10 and @rowland_stirling who both put in fantastic performances. Both of them are so talented beyond just the acting side and are willing to roll with the punches of micro budget filmmaking. Highly recommend working with them to everyone. The project is going to be so exciting to share when it’s ready but for now enjoy some of the lovely neon lighting in BTS stills form.
