How many differences can you spot?
.
I’ll go first: I forgot to make the bed 3 times 🥹 by @twillyjane

2/7/20: 4 years ago, I looked a man in the eyes that I had just met and felt God whisper, “This is the man you’re going to marry.”
.
2/8/20: 4 years ago the next day, we went on our first date, and we’ve never looked back.
.
It’s so crazy to see all that the Lord has done in the last four years—from building a best friendship in our relationship, to healing broken parts of our souls, to working through major life-stressors, to growing together in joy and laughing over the most ridiculous moments, to getting engaged and married in 4 months time, to building a life together, and so many other blessings… And every single part is a mark and reminder of God’s faithfulness.
.
Of all of the incredible memories we’ve made in even just these 4 years, that first night and our first date will always be some of the most memorable moments of my life… Right up there with our wedding 🧡
.
God has changed my life through you, my love. And I’m so grateful we have these snippets to always hold those memories close and dear (thanks @alyxkempfilms for being the best—we love you!).

I love you, Micah Nathanael Cattell. Happy meetaversary 🫶🏼 by @twillyjane

I’m gonna miss those sweet curls, baby boy 💗

But from one day to the next, you’re growing up 💗

Mama and dada are going to soak in every moment 💗 by @twillyjane

2 years of being Mrs. Micah Cattell 💗
.
It truly feels like a lifetime of love, but I know we’ve just barely gotten started 💗
.
To my leader, my protector, my provider, my rock, and my best friend: I thank God for you daily, my love. Happy anniversary 💗 by @twillyjane

Happy first birthday, Malachi Dean, my sweet baby son 🧡
.
I cannot believe it’s already been one whole year since the first time we heard your perfect, precious, and wonderful voice—and oh, how it’s grown, just like you 💗
.
Your mama and dada love you more than you know with each passing day, and I know I can’t comprehend just how much our love will grow for you even more over this next year. But one thing I DO know: you are truly heaven-sent, and the Lord has been so good to us in His infinite love to allow us to be your parents, and we’re excited to learn and grow with you as we watch you become who God created you to be, day by day, year by year 🙌🏼
.
Just do me a favor, love? Please don’t grow up too fast, sweet angel 🫶🏼 by @twillyjane

To the father of my child:
.
You truly are one of the good ones, and I speak for both Malachi and myself when I say we are thankful that you are ours 🧡
.
I praise God for you every day, my love. You have blessed me greatly on this journey of parenthood with your leadership and Christ-like love, and you deserve all the celebration there is on this side of Heaven. Mal-icopter loves his dada VERY much, and so do I 🫶🏼
.
Happy first official Father’s Day, babe. It looks so good on you 💗 by @twillyjane

🧡 9 months out ———> 9 months in 🫶🏼
.
I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my first official Mother’s Day than with my incredible husband and my sweet, smiley boy by my side, cherishing all that God has done to get us here. He is faithful 🙌🏼
.
I am living all that I dreamed of and prayed for all these years 🥹
.
All the matching checkers were just a bonus 😉🏁
.
Happy Mother’s Day to every mom in every way; my heart is with you today 💗💐 by @twillyjane

“I can see us lost in the memory;
August slipped away into a moment of time…”
.
But you were always mine 🫶🏼
.
Malachi Dean Cattell, oh how you have changed my world.
.
Born August 11th, 2024 at 5:45pm
8 pounds 7 ounces, and 19.5 inches of angel baby
.
Because that’s what you are to me, my son.
.
Malachi meaning “angel or messenger from God” and Dean meaning “leader of many” (my dad’s middle name), your daddy and I pray that you change the world for Jesus one person at a time with a bold message of love, faith, and Truth 🧡
.
We love you so much it hurts, and it’s only been four days. But it feels as we’ve known you forever—and August has certainly slipped away in the most beautiful of ways because of the moment we met you ✨
.
The only thing left to say is, welcome to the herd 🥹 by @twillyjane

“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to the Egyptians; I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk with heads held high.” — Leviticus 26:13

A foreshadowing of the freedom we receive in our Messiah, Jesus Christ. 🧡🙌🏼 by @twillyjane

One of my favorite sessions to date—but not because of how bomb it turned out to be…

Because of the people. 🧡

YES, we ended the evening with THE MOST FIREEE sunset ever 🔥🔥🔥

BUT… Nothing compares to when you KNOW that you’re capturing something so special between two people that it really impacts the way you want to be in your own marriage.

That’s Brady and Quinn for ya 🫶🏼

These two radiate joy, passion, and fervor for one another, and MY GOODNESS no wonder they have two cute kiddos 😍

Guys, thanks for blessing me with the most fun, down-two-earth, affectionate session ever. It truly was an honor to capture your family in such a precious season of life, and that doesn’t even begin to cover it.

I hope that my kids can see my husband and me live out a marriage even half as loving and wild-about-each-other as you two show your boys; because, if we come even half as close… I know we’re doing it right. 🥹

Y’all are a blast to work with and even more a joy to call friends. I cherish the hangs we got to have, and these sweet memories were the cherry on top! I hope you enjoy them, too 🤗 Let’s do it again sometime?

If you can feel the love I’m talking about in these photos, show the Quady Bunch some love down in the comments 👇🏼😜 by @twillyjane
