Today I had the honor of serving as a guest speaker for the Youth Summer Leadership Institute (YSLI), and I left inspired.Spending time with young people who are already dreaming, building, creating, and launching businesses reminded me why I will always say yes when I’m called to pour back into our youth. One young man has already launched his own business, and hearing the ideas, goals, and questions from this incredible group gave me so much hope for the future.Thank you to the YSLI team for trusting me with this opportunity. Thank you to every student who asked thoughtful questions, engaged in the conversation, and reminded me that leadership has no age limit.Baltimore City’s youth will always have a special place in my heart. They are innovative, resilient, and full of purpose. Today I’m giving you the first application of our NEW Flawless Liquid to Cream Foundation Collection featuring Flawless Latte.For this demo, I applied the foundation to one side of my face first so you could really see the coverage and finish. I chose a fuller-coverage application to blur my freckles, but this formula is completely buildable. Use less product or a damp brush or sponge for a softer, more natural finish.The finished look was completed with Flawless contour, blush, highlight, lashes, and our Fierce Liquid Matte Lipstick—but today’s star is definitely this beautiful new foundation.What you see is 100% real. No Photoshop. No filters. Last night, Chantel and I had an amazing time at the Kappa Tactical Experience at Guntry in Owings Mills. From the moment we walked in, the energy was on point.The Kappa Punch definitely lived up to the hype 🍹, the game room kept everyone entertained, the cigar lounge was one of my favorite spots, and there were so many interactive experiences throughout the evening. Whether you wanted to test your skills on the range, enjoy the simulators, play games, or simply relax and fellowship, there was something for everyone.I didn’t capture every moment (especially the delicious food and desserts!), but trust me—it was a well-planned evening filled with great conversations, laughter, and unforgettable memories.A huge thank you to the brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi for hosting such a first-class experience. 🥊 7:00 a.m. and we got it DONE.Now… who told me a 7 a.m. boxing class before summer-work was a good idea? 😂This morning started with non-stop stretching, shadowboxing, a solid warm-up, boxing rounds, strength work, and plenty of sweat.Afternoon/Evening workout girl, but I am taking advantage of summer hours to switch things up.
