🎥This Feminine Side

Set in Lisbon’s vibrant LGBTQ+ art scene, this animated documentary layers voices, textures, and colours to explore femininity beyond the binary. Built through interviews and collaborative workshops, the film becomes a living collage— where femininity is not fixed, but fluid, reimagined through community, creativity, and playful mixed-media animation.

So thankful to everyone who collaborated and participated, the Lisbon community is truly something special ❤️‍🔥

mixed media madness

these are just a few behind the scenes moments from working on This Feminine Side, I’d love to show more of the compositing process but I’m scared if I open up the After Effects project my laptop will explode. should I risk it?

The best souvenir I brought home from Japan 🌸

I picked up a tiny watercolour set at Itoya in Tokyo on day 1 and set a rule for myself to sketch only from real life, never from photos. Even if I had to finish the painting later from memory, every page started in the moment.

My favorite is the sketch from Sanjusangendo Temple. Photos aren’t allowed inside but the staff kindly let me draw the statues. Having a hand drawn memory of that space feels so special.

Safe to say I am hooked on travel sketching and will be bringing my paints on future trips.

The freaks will be hosting a special Rocky Horror screening at the Eye as a tribute to our master, Tim Curry ♥️

We will provide props and instructions and teach you the callbacks and dances 💃🏻

👠Come in costume and get ready for a night of camp chaos!

(Do not bring: your own props, bad vibes)
