很多时候我在想，到底什么样的团队是一个好的团队，什么样的团队是我理想的团队？这几年我意识到，世界上没有完美的团队，可能也没有不争吵不磕碰的团队，跳舞最厉害的一群人组到一起未必是一个好的团队。Twixx @twixx_mm 是一个特别有智慧的人，短短三分钟就道出了团队建设的哲学和感悟：不仅是建立，还需要存在和持续下去。成功的团队都是相似的，每个人各司其职，经历过争吵后还能并肩前行共同成长，失败的团队各有各的问题。理想的团队是什么样的，到今天我也没有一个准确的答案，但一个团队只要经历了时间的考验还能存在10年20年甚至更长时间，无疑已经成功了。I always think about what kind of crew is a good crew, what kind of crew is my ideal crew. In the past few years, I've realized that there's no perfect crew in the world. And maybe there's no crew exists without any arguments or conflicts. A crew that is made up of all great dancers may not be a good crew. Twixx is such a wise man that he interpreted the philosophy and wisdom of team building in a three-minute short video. A team is not just about establishing, more importantly, it's about existing and lasting. Successful crew are alike: everyone plays their own roles in the crew, and they can keep on moving forward together after quarrelling; whereas unsuccessful crews have their own faults.I still have no idea of what kind of crew is my ideal crew till now.
