Hi there, new (and old) friends! Whether you landed here from a reel, a share, or some algorithm magic—welcome to @two_npsinapod!

We’re two Family Nurse Practitioners, best friends, and moms who know exactly what it’s like to be pulled in a million directions and still want to feel confident, cared for, and a little more you.

We practice both family medicine and medical aesthetics, and we are exploring what the future of healthcare should look like for patients and providers.

This (virtual) space was created for women like you—busy, surviving, at times perhaps thriving?, and doing all the things. We see you.

Here, we share:

🎤Real talk about primary care, self-care, and simplifying evidence-based wellness
🎤Tips to help you feel your best—without adding more to your to-do list
🎤Our favorite things, behind-the-scenes moments, and mom-life truths
🎤A dose of encouragement and hopefully a few laughs along the way because life is hard guys

Should we niche down our social media? Probably, but there's just too much to yap about. So you're going to get a little bit of everything! Welcome to our brains 😜

We’re not about filters and perfection, unless it's the bald head filter on snap chat. We do like that one. We’re about showing up, caring deeply, and helping you make space for YOU in the chaos of everyday life.

So grab your bev of choice & let's be friends 🫶🏻We’re so glad you’re here.

It's perfectly acceptable to just say that someone died! No need to make the reality offensively poetic.
