Made a quick pit stop at @jackdaniels_us a few weeks back on my way through TN. If you haven’t been here, it’s a must stop - the grounds are amazing and the tours looked very good.

Oh, and the whiskey ain’t bad either. This High Angels Share batch DSP-TN-1 will look good on the shelf, but it probably won’t last long..

The bags are packed, Metallica at the Sphere is on the calendar, and naturally… we had to bring enough whiskey to make questionable decisions along the way. 😂

Here’s what made the trip:

🏌️‍♂️🥃 18 HOLES. 3 FOOLS. A STUPID AMOUNT OF WHISKEY. AND ZERO HOT DOGS. 🌭❌

Saturday, September 25th, the Two Fools hit the golf course with the one and only Bill Binder for 18 holes of what can only be described as questionable decision-making with golf clubs.

We put away a TON of Binder’s Stash Whiskey, cracked into some Mugen Spirits Nobunaga, and somehow managed to keep swinging the clubs. ⛳️🥃💀

There were losts of bogeys, and many balls that will never be seen again.

But then came the real tragedy…

🚨 THE COURSE HAD NO HOT DOGS. 🚨

WHO CLOSES THE KITCHEN!?, NO HOT DOGS?!?!

At that point, the scorecard didn’t matter anymore. We had bigger problems. 😂

18 holes. Plenty of whiskey. Questionable golf. Great company.

And apparently… NO FUCKING HOT DOGS. 🌭💔

🍂🥃 October in Maine just hits different.

Cool air, peak foliage, mountain views, and a couple of Aged & Ore @agedandore sample bottles along for the ride. Because apparently, a peaceful afternoon by the lake is better with bourbon. 😂

🥃🔥 ROAD TRIP STOP: OLD LOUISVILLE WHISKEY CO.

WOW.

Some stops on a bourbon road trip are about finding bottles. Others are about the experience—and Old Louisville Whiskey Co. was absolutely the latter.

We had the opportunity to meet Amine and his team and get a tour through the barrel house. We got to try some seriously incredible pours, including a few that were only available at KBF. 👀

And then things got a little dangerous…

We managed to thieve an 11-year whiskey straight from the barrel. 🥃😂

The whiskey was only part of what made this stop so cool. Hearing the history of the site directly from the team was fascinating—from its days under Seagram’s, to the stories behind the building, and even the history surrounding the private doors used by the IRS. There’s a LOT of history packed into this place.

Getting to walk through the barrel house, taste whiskey straight from the source, and hear the stories behind the property made this one of the standout stops of the trip.

If you’re anywhere near Louisville, put Old Louisville Whiskey Co. on your list.

And Amine, thanks again to you and the team for showing us around and sharing some of the good stuff with us. 🥃
