For all the hate Star Wars fans give Disney (us included at times lol) we can’t fault them entirely. Tony Gilroy and his team created a work of art that we believe will be discussed for generations to come. Cassian is a goat.

Happy book club book selection day! This month our Book Club will be reading “Between Two Fires” by Christopher Buehlman. This book is incredibly popular on bookstagram and we can’t wait to find out why! I just hope it isn’t too soooky!! Though, I suppose if it was it would suite the month…

We are starting this book in a couple of days (Oct. 9) so make sure to go out and grab your copy in preparation. We hope you join along on our official Fable book club page, the link is in my bio. Feel free to join the club early and check out some of the great discussion we had on last month’s book, “The Will of the Many” by James Islington.

Special shoutout to @francislouist for suggesting this month’s read. For those of you who didn’t know, he is now an official part of the club now and will be helping run things. My human gets pretty busy so we are both incredibly grateful and excited he is joining the team!

We look forward to chatting with all of you this month over on Fable! Talk to you soon!

When my human doesn’t have a physical copy of the book I have to use AI for the cute title picture. Full AI disclosure as always!

If you haven’t already, you need to watch Andor. It’s a low time commitment (only 2 seasons), the greatest Star Wars ever put to screen, and will change your outlook on everything. Give it a try why don’t you! BTW I have friends everywhere

Star Wars Rebels is generally beloved by the fandom, but it took me a while to warm up to it. All these years later, I definitely think very highly of Rebels and how it expanded on the early years of the Rebellion.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is one of the best Star Wars characters, so we were real disappointed when his show turned out to be mostly cheeks. Ewan was great and Vader is there but it’s hard for us to love much beyond that in the show.
