It’s been one hell of a ride since the summer of 2018 in Lagos, Portugal — starting with @lostsoulstravel after moving to the dusty campsite under the gum trees, continuing the pub crawls that I was already 70 odd in for the season & tours around the Algarve, then driving all the way to Munich for Oktoberfest in a couple of old, beat-up UK school buses 🚌

Getting this photo today from @harryeckert ’s archives brought back a lot of wild and fun memories!

Looking back on those times and seeing how far things have come — from a few epic seasons in Lagos running tours and boat parties with my own company @nvrmndtravel — I’m very excited to share what I’ve got planned for the next 12 months

Well that wraps up this years international expedition and the birth of @nvrmndtravel

Had an absolute blast finally being able to get out of Australia and kickoff Nevermind Travel tours down in Lagos, Portugal! Every trip that was run was unique in it’s own way especially for a start when I was just winging it rocking up to wineries and breweries without calling them first to see if they could cater for us! The people we had on every trip was top notch quality and lot of people I’m still talking to keen on coming again next year!

Massive thank you to the two legends above me in this photo for helping kick things off this year, organised chaos at times but never had something we couldn’t work out quick enough to run the tour, bloody love you two! Also big thanks to everyone else that helped out with the setup at the start, an extra van for the tours and booking people on as wouldn’t have been easy without your help!

I know exactly what we need to do come 2023 and can’t wait to show you what’s in store for the next season in the coming months 🕺🏻🚎

Well the time has finally come! Last couple of years have definitely been great making the move up to QLD seeing what all the rave is about and had lived up to expectations but not without it’s challenges that’s for sure. In that time I’ve seen the tigers win a flag at the Gabba, watched Mitch Stark knock the stumps over first pill in the ashes also at the Gabba and met some ripping crew I’ll look forward to catching up with in the future. But now it’s time for the next chapter in life kicking off my own tours based out of Portugal 🇵🇹 watch this space for more details in the coming weeks.
