Vegas ➡️ Colorado 📍 Hell’s Revenge Trail, Moab, Utah Rocky climbs, steep drops, and sandy trails - pure adrenaline from start to finish! 🏜️🚙 We experienced Hell’s Revenge with our kids, and they loved every bumpy minute. Come along and see the full trail with us! 👀 If you’re riding with toddlers, bring their car seats and check your tour’s age and seating requirements when you book. A big shout-out to @moabtourcompany for an unforgettable ride! 🙌 Video shot by @metaglasses #hellsrevenge #moaboffroad #atv #moabadventures #familytraveler by @twovalleymoms
Vegas ➡️ Colorado People line up at Horseshoe Bend - but somehow miss this uncrowded Utah overlook with even better views and TWO horseshoe bends! 🤯🏜️ Goosenecks State Park overlooks the San Juan River as it winds through dramatic double horseshoe-shaped bends carved deep into the canyon. From this viewpoint, you’re looking at nearly 300 million years of geological history! 😍 No long lines, no fighting for a photo spot - just breathtaking views without the crowds. Save this underrated stop for your Utah road trip! 📍⬇️ Follow along as we continue our Vegas-to-Colorado family road trip! 🚙✨ #GoosenecksStatePark #UtahHiddenGems #VisitUtah #UtahRoadTrip #TwoValleyMoms by @twovalleymoms
Vegas ➡️ Colorado 📍 Forrest Gump Point, Utah — the road that became a movie icon 🎬🏜️ This famous stretch of Highway 163 through Monument Valley is where Forrest Gump suddenly stopped running after crossing America for 3 years, 2 months, 14 days and 16 hours in the 1994 movie Forrest Gump. 👟 That one scene turned this already incredible view into one of the most recognizable roads in America — with the long, empty highway leading straight toward the towering red mesas of Monument Valley. Today, it’s known as Forrest Gump Point, and yes… standing here really does feel like stepping into the movie. ❤️ A must-stop on our Vegas ➝ Colorado family road trip. Follow along as we continue exploring the American Southwest with our little travelers! 🚙✨ #ForrestGumpPoint #MonumentValley #UtahRoadTrip #Highway163 #utahtravelers by @twovalleymoms
A little ride above New York with some seriously big views! 🚠🏙️✨ The Roosevelt Island Tram is such a fun addition to a NYC itinerary with kids. Glide above the East River alongside the Queensboro Bridge, with Manhattan’s skyline outside the windows. The ride is short, but it feels like a little sightseeing adventure! 🤍 📍 HOW TO GET THERE Board at the Manhattan tram station on Second Avenue, between East 59th and East 60th Streets. Search “Roosevelt Island Tramway Manhattan Station” in your maps so you arrive on the correct side of the river. 🚇 BY SUBWAY Take the N, R or W to Lexington Avenue/59th Street, or the 4, 5 or 6 to 59th Street. Walk east toward Second Avenue, then head to the tram entrance near East 60th Street. Allow around 5–10 minutes for the walk, depending on your exit and pace. 👶 WITH A STROLLER For a subway route with elevator access, consider Lexington Avenue/63rd Street, then walk to the tram station. Check your route and elevator status before leaving. The Manhattan tram station also has elevators, and strollers are welcome onboard—helpful when exploring with little ones! 🎟️ HOW TO PAY The tram accepts the standard MTA fare, and you can tap to pay using OMNY with a contactless card or phone. Budget for the return journey too. ✨ OUR TIPS • Try for a front window spot without blocking the doors. • Have your camera ready before the cabin starts moving! • Allow extra time for queues, especially with kids. • Once you arrive, leave time for a waterfront stroll and a snack break before heading back. Save this for your New York family trip and follow @twovalleymoms for more places to explore with kids! 🚠🤍 #RooseveltIslandTram #RooseveltIsland #NYCWithKids #NewYorkWithKids #FamilyTravel TwoValleyMoms by @twovalleymoms
Did you know there’s a hidden castle right in the middle of Central Park? 🏰🍂 📍 Belvedere Castle, Central Park Our kids absolutely loved this little castle! The stone stairways, winding spiral stairs and views over Turtle Pond made it feel like a little fairytale adventure. Add the fall colors, and it’s such a beautiful stop with little ones! 🤎 👟 About the stairs: There are outdoor steps on the approach shown in our reel, followed by narrow spiral stairs inside to reach the upper viewing areas. Take your time with little ones and hold their hands on the climb. 🛒 Stroller tip: Plan for stairs—the upper lookout isn’t stroller accessible. With two adults, a practical option is to take turns exploring with the kids while the other stays with the stroller. A baby carrier is handy for younger children. Check Central Park’s access map when choosing your approach, as paths vary in slope and stair access. The easiest route is usually through West 81st Street and Central Park West, near the Museum of Natural History. 📍 Enter the park and follow the paths toward Shakespeare Garden, then Belvedere Castle—allow roughly 10–15 minutes walking. The castle is mid-park at 79th Street. 🧺 Pack some snacks and finish with a picnic by Turtle Pond, with the castle as your backdrop. Such a lovely way to slow down during a busy NYC day! Save this for your family’s Central Park visit, and follow @twovalleymoms for more kid-friendly travel ideas! #belvederecastlecentralpark #newyorkcity #familytravel #newyorkphotographer thingstodoinnyc by @twovalleymoms

A little movie magic in the middle of Central Park 🍂✨ 📍Bethesda Terrace & Fountain, New York City A lovely stop to slow down with the kids, enjoy the lake views, and wander beneath the terrace’s beautiful arches 🤎 👶 Bringing a stroller? Plan your route around the terrace staircases. 🧺 Pack snacks and make it a relaxed break between sightseeing stops. 🍂 Pair it with a stroll along The Mall for a beautiful Central Park outing without packing too much into the day! Save this for your NYC family trip, and follow @twovalleymoms for more kid-friendly stops and itineraries ✨ Visiting soon?
