I've realized that there's more to social media than just pretty pictures and likes. I want to use my platform to create a safe space for those struggling with mental health.

Therefore I will change my account to spread awareness that life is much more than a usual 9 to 5 life!
I have learned a lot about life since I started traveling and living outdoors!

I have spoken to many strangers and they were able to teach me about life and how important it is to be one with nature!
I want to share my experiences with depression and also my thoughts on life!
Before you spend your time with dance videos and memes you should consider books to educate yourself!

For example ' The Laws of human nature ' by Robert Greene.

Exercising is one of the most important steps you have to take in life, is healing for your mind and healthy for your body!

So stop wasting time on social media and start living life!

Let's break the stigma and build a community of support 💛 #mentalhealthmatters #breakthestigma #communitysupport" taken in Krk Island by @twrht_
