Matt was the first person I met on my first day at University, we lived next door to each other, then lived together both in Nottingham and in London - years of fun, eventful and unforgettable memories. He was one of my best mates and just a lovely, giving, caring bloke who would do anything for anybody.

Tomorrow we are doing a Ironman relay in his memory (he, of course, did the whole thing by himself!), to raise funds to support his wonderful wife Sam and their gorgeous daughter, Freya, as they begin a new chapter without him by their side. Through Freya, Matt will always live on and we promise to always be there to support both of you. Always in our hearts xx
