Proof of consistency! Faith is the first step ! Planned my goals and executed. My goal for this birthday was simply to put on more weight while eating clean. One year can make a difference. Went from 229 📈on the left to 245 currently. It takes weight to move weight 😤😤😤!

Every year I go through a new challenge and learn a hard lesson. The solution always remains the same : get back up and keep moving while learning from my failure. Thankful to God that he allowed me to see year #36 by @twwiinn

All I did for the past 4 years is make excuses for my position in life . World was burning down and I allowed myself to be put in positions that broke me. We all break, I just used it as fuel for the comeback. The beach picture is summer 2020. Nasty work. No care about myself at all. The pool picture is summer 2022. Frail, but surviving. I changed my diet , locked into all my roles in life , found god, started working out and the results speak for themself. I’m not becoming a new me in 2025, just working on the good man I already am!
