1,461 days… and October 9th still feels just as heavy. 💔🕊️

Not a day goes by that I don’t think about you, Tre’. I still have moments when I want to pick up the phone just to hear your voice, talk about life, laugh until we can’t laugh anymore, and sometimes cry when life gets heavy. You were always my sounding board, my rational thinker, and the person who could help me see things clearly when life didn’t make sense.

You had the biggest heart, and if you loved someone, there wasn’t much you wouldn’t do for them. My gentle giant, my little big brother… I miss your presence, your wisdom, your laughter, and all the conversations we’ll never get to have.

Four years later, I still wish I could call you one more time. I’ve learned that grief doesn’t have a timeline, and love doesn’t end when life does. Some days I carry it better than others, but the missing you never goes away.

As long as I’m on this side of Earth, you will be remembered, spoken of, loved, and celebrated. Your life mattered. Your love still matters. And your Big Sis will forever keep your memory alive.

I love you always, Tre’. Until we meet again. 🤍🕊️

My heart is so full! ❤️ Thank you to my Family and Friends for every birthday post, call, and text. Every bit of love meant more than you know, and I’m truly grateful for each of you!

As I step into this new year, I pray that every desire of my heart will manifest and that no weapon formed against me shall prosper. 🙏🏽 I’m choosing to be more intentional with life because the older I get, the more I realize just how precious it is. Health is wealth, and every day is a blessing.

Cheers to another year of life, love, peace, good health, and endless blessings! 🥂✨

Happy 70th Birthday to my beautiful Mother, Mom, Mama! ❤️

If you know my Mother, then you know there is truly nobody like her. She is thoughtful, selfless, full of personality, and has a presence that you simply can’t miss. And let’s not forget—she is going to dress to the nines for every occasion! 💃🏽 She walks into a room and somehow the room just lights up around her. She commands attention without ever asking for it.

But beyond all of the beauty, the style, and the personality is a woman whose faith has carried her through some of life’s deepest pain. A God-fearing woman who has had to lean on God more than ever these past few years. Losing her only son, my brother, and then losing her husband of 42 years shortly after…there are no words that can truly describe that kind of heartbreak. 💔

And yet, through it all, she still shows up. ❤️

She shows up for every occasion. She shows up for her family. She shows up for the people she loves. And every single time I call, she is there. That is just who she is.

Today, she deserves to be celebrated—not just for turning 70, but for the woman she has been, the strength she has shown, and the love she continues to give.

Mama, my prayer is that this next chapter brings you joy that reaches deep, love that surrounds you, peace that settles your soul, and blessings beyond anything you could imagine. You have given so much of yourself to everyone else. Now I pray this season gives back to YOU in beautiful ways.

“The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee.”
— Numbers 6:24–25

Happy 70th Birthday, Mama! You are loved, you are appreciated, and you are so very worthy of being celebrated today and always. 🙏🏽❤️🎉

JUNETEENTH: ✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿
161 years of freedom. A day to celebrate progress, honor resilience, and remember those who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today. We celebrate the journey—but the work continues.
