What a weekend at FCA College Weekend!

From powerful moments of worship to unforgettable memories with our FCA family, we saw God move in incredible ways. Athletes were challenged to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and reminded that their identity is not found in their performance, but in the One who created them.

PROVEN. We don’t have to keep striving to prove our worth because Jesus has already proven it all.

We’re leaving this weekend encouraged, equipped, and excited to see how God continues to work through these athletes as they return to their campuses and teams.

“By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples.” — John 15:8

A life changed. A faith declared. A moment worth celebrating.

On Sunday, September 20th, Jabari Parker publicly declared his faith in Jesus and was baptized in the Brazos River!

Hear a piece of Jabari’s testimony and the incredible work God has done in his life. What a beautiful reminder that our identity is found in Christ and that through Him, we are made new.

The competition was fierce, but the fellowship was even better!

Our rec competitions brought the energy this weekend as athletes went all in, cheered each other on, and made memories that go beyond the scoreboard.

A reminder that Doing Sports God’s Way means competing with purpose and honoring Christ in how we play.

One team. One purpose. All for His glory. by @txcollegeweekend

What a beautiful picture of community and the body of Christ!

Surrounded by friends and fellow believers, Jabari Parker publicly declared his faith in Jesus through baptism in the Brazos River. What a blessing to witness this moment and celebrate the new life we have in Christ!

We’re so grateful for everyone who came out to support Jabari and be part of such a special day. All glory to God! by @txcollegeweekend

Saturday breakout session: Leadership

We talked about how God created each of us uniquely and intentionally, with different gifts and strengths that can be used to honor Him.

Leadership doesn’t have to look the same in everyone. Our differences are a good thing, and God can use the way He made each of us to make an impact for His Kingdom! by @txcollegeweekend

Doing Sports God’s Way

Athletes were reminded that no matter how hard we work, train, or strive, we can never achieve perfection on our own. But the good news of the Gospel is that we don’t have to!

Jesus paid the price for our sin and imperfection. Our worth isn’t something we have to prove, it’s already been proven in Him! by @txcollegeweekend

Saturday morning Team Chapel

This morning we were reminded that rest isn’t something we have to earn. God designed us to slow down, make space for Him, and trust that our worth isn’t found in how much we accomplish.

Sabbath is an invitation to stop striving and simply be with Jesus. by @txcollegeweekend

Friday night at FCA College Weekend!

Night one was filled with worship, community, and a powerful reminder of the truth we find in God’s Word. We were challenged to ask a foundational question: Is the Bible true? And if it is, what does that mean for the way we live and follow Jesus?

We’re grateful for what God is already doing this weekend and expectant for all that’s still to come. by @txcollegeweekend

FCA College Weekend was more than campuses and conversations — it was God shaping direction. Watching students step into faith, courage, and calling reminded me why we do this. Lives were changed. Chains were broken. Purpose was awakened. Every moment was for His glory. We don’t leave the same way we came. We leave commissioned. All for Him. Always for Jesus. @txcollegeweekend taken in Riverbend Retreat Center, Glenrose, TX by @txcollegeweekend
