Sometimes, you gotta do it tired. Regardless, I am grateful for the luxury of being able to dance and the opportunity to share my knowledge.

💃🏻Move 3 Urban Kiz Fusion Workshop Demo🕺🏾

To our Move 3 workshop instructors @txhyqy @kamalaramjit , as much as we sought you out, we are honored that you chose to show up in full force for us! ❤️

From our conceptualization and intention, to your demo/draft, to tweaking that content, to identifying focus points, we appreciate you working hand in hand with us for this installment, to ensure our guests receive the value we aimed to deliver! 👌🏽

We all wished there was more time in between, but the feedback from our guests confirmed the engagement I wanted for our intermediate/improv dancers, while encouraging new dancers to trust and have grace for themselves, using higher level workshops for training skillsets, instead of for memorizing. It's about growing ▪︎together▪︎ in the ways that are specific to each level.🙌🏾🫶🏽💃🏻🕺🏾
Per usual, we were very intentional about what we wanted to offer for Move 3, and you did not disappoint... for that, I am truly grateful and honored to highlight you for the capacity you've shown at our events.
🫡
May every door that is meant for you be opened, and welcome you with full respect 🙏🏾

With humble gratitude,
Aligned Experiences 🤍

As I watched all of you move together, I found myself thinking about how impactful this journey has become.
🥹
What began as an idea to bring dance, intention
and community together, in support of cancer awareness, has grown into something so beautiful.
🩵
You've shared your stories with us.
You've spoken about the people you love, the people you’ve lost, and the ways cancer has touched your lives.
🫂
You researched Distal Oesophageal Cancer, and some of you even chose to be screened.
This means more to us than we could ever put into one post!
🥹❤️🫂
So, to every person who’s shared, danced, learned, encouraged, partnered with us, or simply believed in what we were trying to create — thank you.
🙏🏾
Thank you for contributing to awareness, that didn't need to begin in a doctor's office.
Awareness that began on our shared dance floor.
💃🏻
This video is a small piece of Move 3, but it represents so much more.
It represents our journey from dancing, to conversation, to curiosity, to action, and I couldnt ask for a more powerful story to carry into the finale!
🙏🏾
With humble gratitude,
Aligned Experiences 🤍

We are so proud, and honored, to have created this space for them to share a bit of their flavor in last week's Urban Kiz Fusion Workshop! They did not disappoint! ❤️

Usually pics dont do it justice, but these may change my mind!! I am blown away!
As a host, I feel such pride, all over again, seeing the essence and enjoyment of my guests, captured so so beautifully! @justpictureit_tt has surely outdone themselves!
Link in bio for full album.

At the 2nd installment of 'The Social', I invited @friends.of.kiz to join me for a banger collaboration, and presented the dynamic @txhyqy and @kamalaramjit for an exciting Ubran Kiz Fusion Workshop! I cannot express to you what alignment does for me, and my heart guided this one in full 🙏🏾

Outside of the pride I felt for the instructors, who brought the 🔥🔥🔥 (!!!), I was so impressed with my guests, who gave their best to soak it all in... different levels, but all open to a space meant to feel safe enough to encourage just that! Dancer Improvement! ❤️

Not to mention the SBK Dance at the end... @dj_gps_ never fails to deliver a set that suits the vision, the emotion and the vibe I want my guests to experience. Trust me, it is all pre-set! Big love and respect as always.

I'd also like to say thank you to @___trishizzle and @gabsss._ig for their great work throughout the night. I appreciate you both! ❤️❤️

To my guests! You've allowed me to create a space for you, that does for me, as much as it does for you! I appreciate you!
I promise to maintain the quality of my events for you at affordable entry, to ensure the instructors can enhance you and value the vision, and most importantly, to ensure this space feels safe enough for you to try, to thrive and to feel!

Stay tuned for more footage!

Love
