4 months of prayer of activity of insight.

As a teen an issue I had was wanting things without knowing what the thing is. Like getting a job and not knowing anything about the job. These 4 months I studied, assessed, applied. Every weakness that’s been exposed these 4 months, I sat and reflected and came back stronger. I’ve learned more about what I want and even better the drawbacks with earning it. I’ve gained an INSIGHT into the life I want for myself by @ty.hernandezfr

Interclub tres with @fightstarinterclub and @newwaveacademycroydon

I can say my strikings come a long way from when I used to think grappling was my only route to victory. It was a good fight just a few technical issues on my end and places where my fight IQ could’ve been better but back to the drawing board and we’re coming back stronger in 2026🤲🏽

Obviously wouldn’t be possible without the team @newwaveacademypenge @newwaveacademycroydon @newwaveacademybromley and top coach @dreamchasertommy 🤝❤️ always grateful by @ty.hernandezfr

My opponent @leon.w_.1l (would love to run it back with headshots😂)
And of course my coach @dreamchasertommy for the guidance and training❤️🙌🏽

The last 4 months I took time everyday to think about my purpose, goals, and the kind of man I want to be.

Alhumdulillah I was able to donate under a pint of blood to help patients in need of blood transfusions.
I urge people who are fit to donate and save potential lives. Thank you to @ciannassmile for the opportunity to learn about donations and how they can support sickle cell patients

New era… And the top 5 best hairstyles I ever got

5. Cornrows with the criss cross - so simple but so effective

4. Pop smoke braids - better maintenance than box braids

3. Cornrows with triangle braids braided in - this was cold, would’ve been higher but taking it out was a myth

2. Idk what to call these, interlocking braids? - these were goated, so clean so unique

1. Yeah the box braids with the two cornrows - just a perfect mix of the braids and cornrows, loved everything about this😍 by @ty.hernandezfr

I’ve had a big physical transformation but it’s been just as mental. I was never taught what to do with any of this. it’s just been trial and error - loving and learning my body. by @ty.hernandezfr
