To every athlete I got to meet at a clinic this fall, thank you for making one of my favorite parts of coaching so special. ❤️

I genuinely love getting to know you guys, hearing your stories, learning your goals, and getting to be a small part of your journey. WAZZU was the only college cheer clinic I ever attended, so sometimes I look around the gym during clinics and think about how crazy it is that I’m now the person on the other side. Definitely one of those full circle moments I’ll never take for granted. I hope every athlete who walked into our gym left feeling seen, loved, and a little more confident in themselves. 💌 taken in Washington State University by @ty.mcbride

year three of being “coach ty” to some pretty lovely ladies ❤️

these girls come into practice carrying so much more than I’ll ever know. school, family, friendships, heartbreak, pressure, insecurity, and sometimes things they shouldn’t have to carry at their age. I know there are days when life outside of cheer feels like absolute hell, and somehow, they still show up.

I get to watch them have hard days and learn that a hard day doesn’t have to defeat them. I get to watch them fail at something, get frustrated, wipe their tears, and try again. and somewhere between all of the practices, games, competitions, conditioning, laughter, and tears, I get to watch them become stronger young women.

that will always be the part of coaching that means the most to me.

someday, they probably won’t remember every routine we did or every score we received but I hope they remember that they were capable of getting through hard things. I hope they remember that they had a place where someone believed in them, expected something from them, and cared about who they were becoming just as much as the athlete they were.

I know I won’t be their coach forever. I just feel incredibly blessed that, for this little part of their lives, I get to be. 💌 taken in Cheney High School by @ty.mcbride

Just a scrapbook full of moments that still feel like yesterday 📸✨

Walking away from nationals in second place is something this team absolutely earned. We competed against very strong programs, held our own, and showed exactly what our team is capable of. That finish reflects the amount of work, discipline, and fight that went into every part of this season. 🥈

For me, this year brought a huge amount of growth. Coaching my first college team taught me more than I can explain and I’m so thankful for the trust this team gave me while I learned, adjusted, and found my footing throughout the year. That trust meant a lot, especially during the harder moments. 🤞🏾

I’m also really grateful for the people who helped shape this season behind the scenes. Thank you @tfitnova22 for helping make sure this team was physically prepared and at its strongest when it mattered most. To our choreographer @johjosmur thank you for creating a routine that challenged us and gave this team something special to believe in. To our music producer @blakebierman thank you for creating music that gave our routine the perfect energy that we needed. And to our spirit director @paytadamson thank you for the constant support, guidance, and belief in this program & me every step of the way. 🥹🫶🏾

This season taught all of us a lot, but what I’ll remember most is how hard this team worked & how much heart they showed.

Second in the nation & a season I’ll always be proud of ❤️

Getting to be a small part of the Crimson Girls’ journey at UDA Nationals this year meant more to me than I can really put into words. Being around this team, even for a short time, was so special and reminded me how powerful it is when people care deeply about what they are building together.

I am so grateful for our choreographers @taylortsvyetkov_choreo & @danyelmoulton ♥️ These pieces were everything. Watching them come together, grow, and finally be performed on that stage was incredible to witness.

Shoutout to @paytadamson for always pushing the Crimson Girls to new heights and for believing in what this team is capable of and @_anastasiatrinidad_ for being the best assistant coach. Your support, consistency, and care do not go unnoticed.

And to @wsucrimsongirls, thank you for being such amazing humans and genuinely the funniest people ever. The joy you bring into the room is just as special as the talent you bring to the floor. I am so thankful for this experience and for all of you 💌 by @ty.mcbride
