My nana, my bestie, my everything. I could write a book about you and our memories yet I’m struggling to even say anything at all. I loved everything about you, to hearing your stories from back in the day, your sense of humour, your honesty, to the most gentle beautiful caring woman there was. You really were our queen of the family. From everything you did for us up until the moment you left us, you never made sure we went without and you loved us like your own and there would be not enough words to thank you enough for that. From taking us shopping, our trips to brid & Sunday dinner & bingo, always getting us what we wanted & 100% feeding me constantly as I know you loved to watch me eat 🤣
Knowing you went on grandads 4 year anniversary gives me comfort that your back together just like you’re meant to be.
I will always tell Nellie what a special woman you were, I will always remember you telling me repeatedly ‘she’s the best thing that ever happened to you’ because she really is, even if she never smiled at you and you calling her a little bitch & she’s the ‘only grandchild that doesn’t smile at me’ when she’s the smiliest baby ever, I will laugh at that forever 🤣 I hope I continue to make you proud everyday and you keep watching your ‘princess Nellie’ grow, my life won’t be the same without you in it, I still can’t believe you’re gone, I miss you and love you more than words can say. 15 years and 9 months, yet it’s still not long enough 💔
I don’t think I’ll ever come to terms with you not been here, why does no one tell you losing a pet is probably up there with the most heartbreaking things you’ll go through.
She wasn’t just a pet she was my best friend, my baby and my whole world. I will miss walking you every day, your kisses, giving you belly rubs and most importantly your cuddles. The house is so empty without you, I just want you to be laid on the sofa or your bed excited to see one of us when we walked through the door.
Words can’t describe how much you meant to me, you truly are one in a million 🩷
