Top 5 Myths about Atlanta GA

📍Myth 1: “Atlanta traffic is so bad it’s not worth living here”
Reality: Yes, 285 and the connector get rough at rush hour, but living in the right area (or near MARTA) changes everything. Plenty of neighborhoods let you skip the worst of it entirely.

📍Myth 2: “Atlanta doesn’t have real seasons / it’s hot year-round”
Reality: Atlanta gets four actual seasons — crisp falls, genuinely cold winters (occasional snow/ice), and beautiful springs. It’s not Florida.

📍Myth 3: “You have to live intown to enjoy the city”
Reality: The suburbs (Decatur, Smyrna, Marietta, East Point, and more) have exploded with walkable districts, food scenes, and culture. You don’t need to pay Midtown prices to get the lifestyle.

📍Myth 4: “Atlanta is too expensive now” (or the flip: “it’s still super cheap”)
