Dreams require vision. Goals require discipline. Success requires a village.

Today, I’m incredibly proud to share that I have officially earned my MBA from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. This journey challenged me, stretched me, and reminded me that growth happens when you keep showing upeven on the days when the finish line feels far away.

Dare to Master It has become more than a phrase to me it’s a mindset. It’s about embracing the process, trusting the journey, and refusing to quit when things get difficult.

To my village: thank you. Thank you for your prayers, encouragement, late-night calls, support, and for believing in me even during moments when I was running on faith and determination. No accomplishment is achieved alone, and I’m grateful for every person who stood beside me throughout this journey. @lifeatpurdue @purduebusiness

This degree represents more than a title. It represents sacrifice, resilience, growth, and purpose. The journey continues. 🚂🎓 #DareToMasterIt #MBA #Purdue #Graduation #Grateful TheJourneyContinues by @tyd.davis

Day 2 of 30: Dare to Be Thankful!

Today, I’m thankful for growth, grace, and new beginnings.

Life has taught me that not every season will be easy, but every season has something to teach us. I’m grateful for the doors that opened, the ones that closed, the lessons I never expected, and the strength I discovered along the way.

Sometimes, the greatest blessings aren’t material things. They’re the peace you fought for, the wisdom you gained, and the opportunity to wake up and try again.

I’m not where I used to be, and that’s reason enough to be THANKFUL!

Day 2 reminder: Don’t get so caught up in where you’re going that you forget to appreciate how far you’ve come.

DAY 1 OF 30: DARE TO BE THANKFUL!

For the next 30 days, I’m challenging myself to be intentional about THANKFULNESS!

Life isn’t always perfect. There are highs, lows, unexpected challenges, and moments that test everything within us. But through it all, there is ALWAYS something to be thankful for.

Dare to be thankful for the doors that opened, the doors that closed, the lessons learned, the people who showed up, and even the moments that forced you to grow.

Being thankful isn’t about having everything you want. It’s about recognizing the blessings in everything you have.

As I kick off these 30 Days of Thankfulness, I challenge YOU to find something worth celebrating every single day.

Today, I’m thankful for LIFE, GROWTH, GRACE, and the opportunity to keep becoming!

What are YOU thankful for today?

Today, I celebrate my beautiful mother on 31 incredible years with @ford .

When I think about hard work, resilience, sacrifice, and perseverance, I think about my mom!

I am forever grateful to Ford Motor Company and the International Union, @uaw.union UAW, two organizations that have played such an instrumental role in my life.

From being a Ford scholarship recipient during my undergraduate years to earning my MBA, I am living proof that a mother’s sacrifices and dedication can change the trajectory of her child’s life.

Mom, thank you for the long days, early mornings, sacrifices, and countless times you put my dreams before your own. So much of who I am today is because of YOU.

Thirty-one years isn’t just a work anniversary. It’s 31 years of commitment, strength, and building a legacy that extends far beyond the assembly line.

Your hard work helped build more than vehicles. It helped build MY FUTURE.
