Currently working out consistently now, so I can workout regularly later. The younger me, has to take care of the older me.

Roughly ten years ago I was 350 lbs. Current weight today is 225lbs, XL shirt (getting too big), and 36 in the waist.

It's TRULY a LIFESTYLE. It boils down to doing a lot of the same. Same food, same habits, same wake and bed time, same workouts, same no to this, and no to that!

If you're obese and have health issues along with chronic pain associated with being overweight, and want to transform your body, you want the pain and the numbers in your blood work to change more favorable, you're gonna have to put yourself first and let a lot of things go. AND possibly some people too!

The MOST important thing in life is your health and freedom. Incarcerated or incapacitated equals NO MOTION!

Get some! 💪🏿🏃🏿🚴🏿‍♀️🏋🏾⛹️🏾‍♂️💰💲✊🏾✌🏾

I could hear someone telling me " cleaning that truck IS NOT YOUR JOB!" And I would respond: I take pride in everything I do! I'm clean, my home is clean, all my vehicles stay clean, so this truck I have to drive all day while I work is gonna be clean too. A look is not deceiving! 😉

I was at work today 7am-5pm SSA terimal. The call came over the radio at 10am to stop allowing truckers in. At 10:10 we were instructed to kick all truckers out, CLEAR THE YARD! Terminal was shut down for the day and me and a few other co-workers headed straight to C&H sugar in Crockett to walk and hold the picket line and stand in solidarity with our ILWU Local 6 brothers. " And injury to one is an injury to all"

When the forehead part between the eyebrows and top of the head are longer than eyebrows to the chin , you know you're dealing with one smart son of a gun! A look is not deceiving. You don't want to debate with this man! 😁😎✊🏾
