With the incoming storm this weekend, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone our performance of THE PROSE.

While we’re deeply disappointed that we won’t be able to share this work with you as planned, the safety and well-being of our dancers, artists, and audience will always come first. Our performers have poured so much heart and energy into this work, and we want to give THE PROSE the space it deserves.

We’ll be announcing a new performance date and location at the beginning of next week. We’re so grateful for your patience, understanding, and continued belief in TYF and the independent artists who make this work possible🧡

Thank you for being part of our community. We can’t wait to finally share THE PROSE with you✨🩰

We are beyond excited to be launching The Fall Series in a couple of weeks. Part I: The Prose will take place on Sunday, September 27th, featuring original choreography performed alongside live spoken-word poetry by Maya Ryan and Sheyla Javier. Set within the natural landscape of Central Park, this intimate outdoor performance creates a dialogue between language and movement. The program will feature two collaborative presentations, with improvisational performances by TYF Dance Company dancers woven between them.

Following and between presentations, guests will have opportunities to converse with the dancers, poets, and collaborating artists, share reflections, and learn more about the creative process. Join TYF Dance Company in Central Park for an intimate and immersive afternoon of dance, poetry, and spontaneous creation as we launch The Fall Series✍️🧡🩰✨
