Mammoth Trail Fest. @mammothtrailfest 50k or 32.5 miles of the best dirt around. Hands down the best vibes I’ve ever experienced at an event. 3 days of non stop party, encouragement, determination, suffering and celebration. Not only my very first trail race but my very first ultra. Super proud of myself. Did what i said i would do. Hardest physical day of my life. Prime suffering. Thanks to my wife @picklekisses for tolerating the limited training i did do. Huge thanks to @happywatchouta for being the best support i could ever ask for. Tonya, Joyce and graham for cheering me on at every turn. Already can’t wait for next year. #50k #trailfest #mammothtrailfest #ultrarunning taken in Mammoth Mountian by @tyfo2_0

One for the road.
Post classic depression? Well, Only ~360 days til next years @redlandsclassic Keep your heads up, keep pushing pedals. This race will forever hold a special place in my heart. I first raced the Classic in 1994, i was 6. I started shooting photos in 2007 and i guess the rest is history. I’ll never stop showing up for this race and this community.

This Years @redlandsclassic was special for a lot of reasons but none more than our own @ellassabo taking 3 stage wins. From dreams of just being able to make it back on the circuit to WINNING Sunset. Talk about exceeding expectations. This community is so proud of you! We’ve watched you put in the work and pedal away from us (literally) for years and you can pinch yourself all you want but this is no dream.

Another September, another @mammoth_tuff My favorite weekend of the year, didn’t disappoint. Rained the day before during the shake out ride, winds blew away all the smoke and we had a perfect 24 hours of unbelievable conditions. It was meant to be. Finished 9th in the buff beer mile and 7th on the tuff course, was lucky enough to find myself on the top step for the omnium between the 2 which was a cherry on top. Always grateful to my wife @picklekisses for being so supportive and to our kids for making it cost twice as much. Can’t wait for next year. by @tyfo2_0
