Year 1 complete!

I'm so proud of this team! From being predicted to finish dead last in region to being a top 6 finalist at the state tournament.

I couldn't say enough good things about the seniors who have layed the foundation for our program to build upon!

To my assistant coaches! Thank you for the many sacrifices you have given to provide these boys a positive experience! I couldn't ask for a better staff to go to war with every day!

To my wife and my family! Thank you for being willing to let me chase my dream! All of this wouldn't be possible without the sacrifices they've given. I'm so grateful to have the best wife any person could ask for! Love ya Kace!

Briggs turned 2!!🏁⚡🏎️ Some fun facts about our favorite guy! Briggs current obsession is cars, trucks, and specifically Lightning Mqueen! You will rarely see him without some type of car or truck in his hand, when he wakes up in the morning or from a nap his first question is where his Lightning Mqueen car is which he calls (Re). His favorite animals right now are Cats and Horses! His favorite food is frozen blueberries. It's been the fastest, and best 2 years ever!🫶🏼♥️ by @tyhill01

Our boy Briggs is 18 months old! Briggs is going full speed ahead anytime he is awake, running is his only option! He is all boy and loves all the trucks, balls, dirt, his bike, throwing everything and getting so dirty or wet at any opportunity. Mickey Mouse is his absolute favorite and he will do a little dance if you ask him about Mickey. He loves swimming and anything to do with water. He is obsessed with reading books especially his "big bird" and animal books. He can make animal noises and say book, puppy, uh-oh, bee, boo, moon, yelling and looking for "Blue" (my parents dog), ball and bottle. He could care less about food unless it's oranges, cheese balls or milk. He is the best at giving hugs and loves his blanket (and bottle) so much. Getting to be his mama is the highlight of my life!! These little updates are so fun for us to look back on, I never want to forget this fun stage🩵 by @tyhill01

I’m incredibly honored and excited to announce that I’ve been named the next Head Baseball Coach at Manti High School! ⚾

Ever since Coach Nelson gave me the opportunity to lead the freshman team, I knew this was a goal I wanted to chase. Coaching baseball is a deep passion of mine, and I’ve always believed in giving 100% to the things that matter most—this program will be no exception.

A few thoughts as we move forward:

We will control the controllables.

We will compete to a standard, not a scoreboard.

We will strive to be present, not perfect.

We will focus on doing a little, a lot—not a lot, a little.

And we’ll remember: Excellence in small things is excellence in all things.

Can’t wait to get started.

12 months of Briggs!!!🩵

Briggs is the busiest boy, always wants to be outside and has 100 different faces that keeps us laughing! He eats any food but especially loves pasta, any fruit, berries, and lots of puffs! He is a professional speed crawler and is good at walking along the furniture and while holding our hands. He loves Mickey Mouse, has 5 teeth and likes to throw Gurly's ball for her (she isn't a huge fan of that)😂. He knows what he wants or doesn't and he lets you know! Crazy to think this boy has been making our days so fun for a whole year now!!!🍓🫶🏼 by @tyhill01
