Short Rib Pasta 🍝

1.5 - 2lbs of Beef Short Ribs
2 Shallots
4-6 springs of thyme
@kettleandfire Beef Broth ( I used Bone Broth)
Canned coconut milk or cream (starch w/ a 1/3 c first)
1/2 cup White Wine (Sauvignon or Pinot)
Parmesan Riggiano
@pasta_rummo Rigatoni Gluten Free Noodles
1 bulb of garlic (cut of the base add oil and salt and wrap in foil and bake with short ribs for 45 minutes)
1 tablespoon of cornstarch (to make cornstarch slurry)
