Love the smell of DeepHeat in the morning…
The Gold Coast Marathon is by far one of the most humbling experiences I have ever had, but I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to test myself. I have an incredible respect for long distance runners and athletes that push their bodies to the limits.
I could not have achieved the results I did without the love and support from @tayla.reese skating by my side on runs and being my biggest cheerleader on the sidelines. I’m so lucky to face these challenges with you, thank you for pushing me to be better every day.
@j_roper21 Thankyou for inspiring me and keeping me accountable on Strava. Jumping back onto the track to join me for my final 1km after you had already finished your race gave me the drive to finish strong.

Played tourist and finally did the Skypoint climb. Thanks to @jessie.exner for being our guide and photographer. Perfect weather, even saw some whales! 10/10 experience. @skypoint_au 🏙️

Skydiving over the Pyramids, didn’t even know you could do this and then 10 months later we were jumping out of a C-130. After talking to people that had a skydived hundreds of times they all said “It doesn’t get much better than this.”

Cannot thank @gobeepbeep enough for organising this experience of a life time and for @morgs.huw & @jobychadd for getting us to the ground safely. by @tyler_mcconchie

Getting to experience Aswan and Abu Simbel was a much needed balance of adventure and relaxation from Sandboarding on the side of the Nile to watching sunsets while we sailed on the Felucca.

It took 12 ambitious pharaohs and thousands of years to construct Karnak Temple in Luxor, and The Valley of the Kings was built for some of the most remarkable Egyptian rulers transitioning from tombs under Pyramids to Tombs beneath the mountains.
