Pink out night 🎀

Everything I do is carefully thought out. Some might just see me as a coach, but I pay attention to every detail.

From branding & community involvement to practice planning, media, creativity, & the overall experience we create for our players.

Never perfect, but always with purpose.

Genuinely grateful for every opportunity to build, create, serve, & pour into something that means so much to me.

Everything revolves around her 🧡💫

Thank you @laorbitvb & @emilyhartslaughter for allowing my program to be a part of such a meaningful moment ✨

Having my players & staff in a room filled with so many incredible women & visionaries who continue to shape & elevate our game was truly special. Grateful for opportunities like this that allow them to experience the growth of women’s volleyball up close & be inspired by what’s ahead. 💙
