WE WON!!! For the first time, an independent solo performer won Best Entertainment Statewide two years in a row THANK YOUUU for your support & belief in me! I’m still totally floored!! ❤️ You know, a lot of people see videos of me up on tables and chairs ripping sax solos I just want to peel back the curtain on my own heart, and hopefully this will be helpful to the talent coming up in our rad industry! For me, I just can’t help but obsess over every tiny detail that could make my couples’ big day as special, epic, & joyous as possible. I love listening to each couple’s vision and becoming friends :) I love praying for each couple & their marriage. I always encourage. I have a simple, deep desire to love and serve everyone :) This is my heart. And I think this is actually my secret sauce If you’re just getting started in this industry, may a heart of service be your foundation Focus on serving each couple and each wedding team as deeply and thoughtfully as possible. Visualize every part of their entire day before it happens. Look into every nook and cranny, and have a plan for every single thing. Do things that no one will notice. Do not skimp. Do not shortcut. Do not easy. Do it the hard, good way :) The reward is, when you know deep down that you’ve left no stone unturned, and you’ve done every possible thing you can to serve your couple to the fullest degree of their vision, it is the most freeing, powerful, beautiful feeling. This deep inward heart of service will overflow into everything that you do, and will empower you to be so free, secure, and strong in naturally uniting others and creating incredible unforgettable experiences in their most beautiful, happy, pure, and enduring form At the Gala, I truly didn’t imagine that I would win Best Entertainment Statewide for a second consecutive time. It hadn’t been done You guys voted for me :) Ans I hope it’s not just because I jump on tables and spin around — although I do enjoy this 😂 I hope it’s because you have seen my heart on display on wedding day ❤️ I love our industry and our incredible couples :) Hopefully this inspires someone. And cheers to making more wedding dreams come true!! by @tylervarnell

Honored to bring YouTuber @SierraFurtado and entrepreneur @SamWinkler’s wedding vision to life! Featured in @People. Timeless, lush, elegant, and an absolute party orchestrated by @bircheventdesign, @purelavishevents, and our massively talented vendor team at a private estate in Montecito. Sam & Sierra’s first dance was straight out of a movie, followed by a show-stopping ballerina performance by @teaseproductions. From glamorous guests to breathtaking style to unforgettable energy on the dancefloor, every detail was pure magic. Our groom @SamWinkler even dropped a set behind the DJ booth. Read more about it at @People. One year later, still reliving this iconic wedding! Happy 1 year Sam & Sierra and wishing you many more to come! Epic Cabo wedding!!! Debuted my new custom remix of Levels by Avicii 🎷🏝️ Graham & Nikki you have such a kind, rad crew and it was a total honor to party with you two in Mexico! @grahamdpowell @niknaaaaak Graham & Nikki chose - Ceremony: Live piano + Surprise Sax Recessional! - Cocktail Hour: Tropical house sax-dj vibes - First Dance: Surprise sax appearance! - Epic 3-hour Sax-DJ dance set My 6th wedding in Mexico 😊🙏 For destination weddings, I don’t travel with my usual speakers & lighting, just sax + piano + DJ controller and all sound & lighting is rented. Big shoutout to @alex_castaneda92 and the @procastaneda.weddings team for absolutely nailing sound & lighting - 4 subwoofers baby! ;) The AV relationship is so important! In fact, before the wedding, Alex & I talked through the timing & angles of spotlighting, strobes, cold sparks, etc for different songs, which all led to this epic moment for Graham & Nikki during Levels! Looking forward, I’m stoked to continue creating brand new remixes for each of my couples :) — All with the same goal: Through love, to create absolutely epic, one-of-a-kind, unforgettable wedding day experiences ❤️ VENDOR ALL STAR TEAM @eventsbybliss @acreresort @mcw_photocinema @eventfullybaja @procastaneda.weddings @acw_lighting @alex_castaneda92 @karlav.events @yayarentals taken in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico by @tylervarnell

My own wedding day was one of the most powerful, beautiful, life changing experiences of my entire life :) At every wedding that I perform for, I feel that same gravity, and channel it through the way that I bring each couples’ wedding dreams to life! 🥹 Corben & Sarah were raddd to work with, and had so many fun music ideas! Here are a few music moments we designed together! For the pre-ceremony, Corben & Sarah wanted something timeless, elegant, and romantic — live piano was the perfect choice and set the tone as their guests arrived! For Sarah’s walk down the aisle, she wanted to honor her grandma & grandpa with their wedding song, so we designed a live piano + MP3 hybrid of Lana Del Rey’s Take Me Home Country Road 🥹 To end the ceremony, we had a surprise dove release on their first kiss! 🕊️ —then hit Signed Sealed Delivered, with our first saxophone surprise of the day just as they kissed again at the end of the aisle :) Surreal moment! For cocktail hour, they wanted to get the party started — Upbeat roaming saxophone was a no brainer, building the energy towards their reception! For their first dance, I performed on piano alongside the groom’s sister and @nbcthevoice finalist @camrynbrooks to Benson Boone’s Beautiful Things. Mega tearjerker! Finally, an epic Saxophone-DJ dancing experience and in Sarah’s words “a total rager” What a thrill! Every event is the summation of hundreds of micro touch points that help your guests feel energized, wowed, delighted, cared for, comforted, and ultimately united and stoked to celebrate YOU! – Live sax for the reception reveal is one my favorite touch points! Anton & Grace chose live piano for their ceremony, roaming saxophone during cocktail hour, a custom first dance with a surprise saxophone appearance, and finally an epic Saxophone-DJ dancing experience to close out the night! Timelessly designed by @alisonroseevents at the gorgeous @sunstonevilla, Anton & Grace’s wedding day was breathtaking, refined, classy, and totally rad. Bringing Disney costars @officialkjb & @danielkountz’s wedding vision to life! Featured in @People Kimberly & Daniel are such a uniquely heartfelt, hilarious, and genuine couple, and it was truly an honor to be entrusted with their most special day ❤️ Kim & Dan chose live piano for their ceremony and I was joined by actress @bricuoco on vocals for Kimberly’s walk down the aisle — what a moment! We designed lots of surprise saxophone moments including their ceremony recessional, ballroom grand reveal, cocktail hour, epic first dance (as seen here!), and of course, plenty of live saxophone out on the dancefloor! My very favorite moment of the entire day was Kimberly’s surprise acoustic performance for Daniel — definitely a tearjerker! spontaneous singalong during dinner :) Usually as guests are finishing dinner, they’re looking for what’s next, and this is a perfect window to roam through tables on sax I always create a custom 'pre-dance' playlist for to start ramping energy before dancing This table was feeling it, & I saw an opportunity to jump in on sax!
