I’ve spent years designing graphics, brands and merch. Platinum Press is me taking that work off the screen and putting it directly in front of people.

I find what makes a business, event or community its own thing. The rituals. The jokes. The people. The culture.

Then I turn that into a limited piece people actually want to wear.

I design it.
I bring the press.
I make it live.

That’s Platinum Press.

Not merch for everybody. Merch for the people who were there. by @tythedesignguy

Lately I’ve realized my favorite surreal approach is object metamorphosis.

Taking everyday things and flipping them into something unexpected, readable, and culture-driven.

What if a Houston church booked me for a live T-shirt printing event? 👀

Custom design. Limited drop. Pressed live on-site. Built around the church, the event, and the community showing up.

No boxes of generic merch sitting in the back. People pick their shirt, watch it get pressed, and leave with something tied to that exact moment.

This is what Platinum Press is built for.

HOT OFF THE PRESS. ALL OCTOBER. 🎃

I wanted to see what happens when Halloween movie moments get treated like actual streetwear instead of another basic seasonal tee.

So I started flipping some classics.

Ghostface on Jerry Springer.
Freddy + Jason as the Slash Brothers.
The Sanderson sisters hitting the court.
Michael Myers joining the Haddonfield Running Club.

This is the kind of shit I want to bring to Platinum Press live merch events.

Custom graphics built around the moment. Pressed live. Limited to the event. Gone when it’s over.

And all October, I’m turning the heat up.

Which one are you pressing first? 👇🏾
