We really flew to Boston just to suffer together! 😂😂🤷🏾‍♂️

HYROX BOSTON 🏁🔥

Our first Hyrox as husband and wife! Let's just say Ella Mai wasn't lying when she said, "Love ain't never 50/50, it's whatever I got in me!" 💀

That's marriage right there! We picked up where the other left off, pushed through, and crossed that finish line TOGETHER!!! ❤️

More races. More adventures. More memories.

#TeamTiamiyu just getting started! 💪🏾

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ My greatest joy is the privilege of being their Dad. Every laugh, every lesson, every bike ride... I’m right where I’m meant to be, and I LOVE IT 🥹. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads showing up with love, strength, guidance, and intention. 💪🏾#Blessed #HappyFathersDay #Love by @tytiamiyu

This year, Christmas came 2 months early for our family! 4:30am on October 25th, @naturally.ashlee got her wish as we welcomed our beautiful baby girl, Aria 👸🏽 with an unplanned, unmedicated, all natural #homebirth! When you see me, just call me Dr. Ty 😎 Happy Holidays from the Tiamiyu Family of 🖐🏾FIIIIIVE!!! 🙏🏾🤲🏾 🤴🏾👸🏽🤴🏾🤴🏾👸🏽 ❤️

How do people take pride in "not watching TV" yet spend 10+ hours a day with their face in the phone? 🤔🤔 I need answers lol.

After hiding this car for weeks, it felt sooooo good to FINALLY give my wife her bday gift. Seeing @naturally.ashlee cry had me fighting back my own tears 😢 lol.

Proud dad moment... Watching my 3 year old son dominate his little league basketball game with the same shots we work on in practice is pure joy!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Some may say I'm going too hard on the sideline but oh well. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Lol #basketball #prouddad by @tytiamiyu
