Last weekend Mom and I saw @orlandoballet “The Sleeping Beauty” (Tchaikovsky) with @orlandophilorch at Steinmetz Hall 🩰 I was blown away by both the dancing and the conducting: the precision, the breath, the character in every move, from the conductor’s hands to the dancers’ bodies. As a music student I kept watching the pit, and you just can’t get that through a video screen. Wow! If ballet “isn’t your thing,” try it once. The Nutcracker runs Dec 4–27, and @orlandophilorch has student tickets! Highly recommend. Go see something live. 🎶 @drphillipsctr by @tyus777
What a concert weekend with the @singingknights. Grateful doesn’t even cover it. ❤️ Some photos with friends who sang, and of course my beautiful Mama who came to support me. 🫶 Fall semester has been full in the best way…. I’ve been asked to serve as president of the Italian Society at UCF now, and we just got @niafitalianamerican on campus for the club!! Between choir, classes, and everything else, it’s a lot, but things are moving. 🙏😊🇮🇹🤌 Looking ahead to more concerts with @orlandophilorch this fall with UCF. Thankful for the people who show up, and for the chance to keep chasing my dreams. More soon. 🎶 by @tyus777
