Usually everyone is worried about who makes the most money, who drives the nicest cars, who can drink the most but I am focused on the amount of lives I can change through sales.

God calls us to serve and love others. Sales is a toll that we have the power to use in order to do that.

Faith + Conviction + Hard Work = Lives Changed

This is the formula that changed it all for me in sales.

I stopped looking at sales as convincing someone to buy and started looking at it as a responsibility.

Have faith that God put you in the room for a reason.

Have conviction that what you’re selling can genuinely change someone’s life.

Then work relentlessly to become the person capable of delivering that message.

Study the calls. Learn from the losses. Ask the hard questions. Tell people the truth. Get 1% better every day.

The commission is great, but the mission is bigger.

Faith in God.
Conviction in the mission.
Relentless work.

The money is the byproduct.

Without Christ I am nothing. And everyday I must ask myself:

- What have I done for Christ?
- What am I doing for Christ?
- What will I do for Christ?

Three Lessons I’ve Learned In The Past Year:

1. You are not in control - We can make all of our plans for our life and how things will go but what I’ve learned is in the end The Lord’s Will always prevails. Proverbs 16:9 - “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.”

2. There is a blessing in everything - I’ve been tried with some of the hardest challenges over the last year. I used to question if God really loved me. What I’ve come to appreciate is that every time God allowed something bad it helped me to grow and become the man He has called me to be. Every hardship came with a lesson.

3. It’s going to be okay - Like all of us I feared the future. I always worried about what would happen and if everything will be how I want. But the truth is all of that worrying takes you away from the gift of the present. Tomorrow will work out and so will the next day. Matthew 6:34 - “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
