Why choose TZ Coaching? 👇

With over 25 years of experience, I focus on more than just football.
It’s about developing the whole player — technically, mentally, and personally.

From grassroots to academy level, I understand every stage of the journey and what it takes to progress 💫

Having worked within elite environments including Barnet FC, Arsenal FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC & QPR, I bring professional-level coaching into a supportive, player-first setting where development always comes first.

Building confident players. Supporting every step. ⚽️✨

Reception Ages | Starting the Journey ⚽🌱

For many of these young players, this is where the football journey begins.

At this age, the focus is simple: fall in love with the ball, enjoy learning, build confidence and develop movement through play.

Lots of touches. Lots of smiles. Lots of encouragement.

No pressure to be perfect — just creating the right environment to explore, learn, make mistakes and keep coming back for more.

Building the player. Building the person. Brick by brick. 🧱⚽ by @tz_coaching_121

THURSDAY NIGHT APEX FOOTBALL
1v1 DOMINATION

Clever • Technical • Competitive • Multiple Outcomes

Focus on players learning to:

* Manipulate the defender with feints, disguise and changes of speed
* Use inside/outside hooks, V-turns and body movements
* Recognise when to beat, protect, combine or release
* Attack different spaces rather than repeating the same solution
* React immediately on transition — lose it, win it back
* Develop confidence to find multiple solutions from the same 1v1 situation

Key message:
Don’t just teach a move — teach the player to recognise the problem and find the solution.

See it → Decide → Dominate. by @tz_coaching_121
