MOQs is something that I see that a lot of people have reached out to me about.

I understand that this can be pretty much confusing because when you are starting to work with manufacturing companies or even textile mills they do kind of have their own requirements when it come down to MOQs.

Every designer or fashion boutique owner wants to jump right into a brick-and-mortar. But are you ready for the big leap yet?

1. Have you develop an strong and amazing marketing strategy?

2. Have you figured out your true price point? Have you figured out who you will be catering to?

3. Have you figured out what are you gonna do to make sure that you can meet your sales quota for your first six months?

4. What are you gonna do to make sure that you can also pay yourself but then also pay your bills for the next six months why are you starting?

These are questions that you have to ask yourself when you are looking to start a brick and mortar. Have you considered this because these questions are really important?

I wanted to show this sketch to you guys today because this is the illustration that completely changed my life. Where I landed the biggest opportunity of my life to work with one of the biggest artists in the world.

So the takeaway from this is to never give up and keep pushing. You never know what opportunities you may gain from not giving up.

Starting a fashion company and trying to get it off the ground can be very stressful at a time. Sometimes you just feel like giving up and throwing in the towel because nothing seems like he’s going the right way. So I want to give you guys a message of encouragement to let you know that you are not alone and we all have been through this and some of us still going through it. But I promise you will haul work and determine you will succeed abundantly.
