@flume @verabluemusic when it all comes rushing back, you gotta feel it and then let it go. This was a tough week for me. I’m sure it was for you too. Just a little reminder that you’re allowed to feel things. All the things. Every single thing you’ve ever not wanted to feel or have been afraid to feel. you should feel it- It’s what makes us human. But don’t get lost in the sauce. spongebob said it best, you gotta bring it back around, every time. Wipe that tear away, dust your shoulders off, pull yourself up by the bootstraps or whatever saying resonates with you. Bc you have to make that decision to be stronger than the emotions you’re feeling. But feel them, feel them fully and then let it go. Like a wave. 🌊🤘🏼 ps I’m here for you always. I Love you 💕 by @u.manii_

Let’s run it back one more time. Had to do a lil makeover on this collage because 2024 has taught me it’s okay to prioritize my mental health over any “friendships” that don’t have my best interests and intentions in mind. Had to cut and slice some people out of my life and that’s perfectly fine. No hard feelings though. Just keeping my sanity and sobriety. I simply realized you weren’t any good for me. May this be the best year yet for all of us. You included, roomie. bless your heart and let Karma do its part. Heaven knows you need it 😮‍💨🥰🌟😈 sorry if you didn’t make it in this time. Your loss 😋🫣😏⛺️ taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @u.manii_
