Kicking off Breast Cancer Awareness Month!🩷

Zeta Tau Alpha is proud to partner with Alabama Panhellenic, Alabama IFC, MedCom, and Universities Against Cancer to support breast cancer patients in our community.

Together, we’re raising funds for DCH Health System’s Help & Hope Fund Paxman Project and UAC’s Pink Promise Fund, providing vital support, resources, and financial assistance to patients throughout treatment.

Every registration makes an impact.

Vice President of Recruitment Max Hawker and Universities Against Cancer’s Lucas Ealy recently visited the Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center to see firsthand what your support makes possible.

All proceeds from the run will benefit two initiatives supporting breast cancer patients in our community:

DCH Health System’s Help & Hope Fund Paxman Project provides patients with free Paxman scalp-cooling treatments to help prevent hair loss during chemotherapy and support their confidence and morale throughout treatment.

Universities Against Cancer’s Pink Promise Fund provides emergency financial assistance, including help with utility bills, hospital bills, and co-pays, for breast cancer patients with an active diagnosis.

Registration closes tomorrow at 6 PM. Join us in making every step count.

Meet Lindsey Flondro, one of the founders of the Bama Runs for Breast Cancer 5K!

Lindsey previously served as President of the Pre-PA Society, on the executive team of Medicine Community, and as a member of Alpha Chi Omega. After graduating from The University of Alabama in May 2026, Lindsey now works with IU Health at the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Join us Friday, October 2 for the Bama Runs for Breast Cancer 5K as we raise funds for two important causes:
