✨ A special thank you to Stephanie Quillen, Chief People Officer at 7 Brew, for joining FWBL for an inspiring conversation about leadership, growth, and what it takes to become a better employee and leader!

Some of our biggest takeaways included understanding a business inside and out when stepping into a new role, investing in training and development at every level, and cultivating kindness while still holding others accountable.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to learn from a leader who reminded us that strong leadership is about continuous growth, leading with intention, and helping others succeed! 💗

Thank you, Stephanie, for sharing your experience and advice with FWBL! 🩷☕ taken in Sam M. Walton College of Business by @uarkfwbl

📞 Calling all professionals... FWBL needs YOU!

Future Women Business Leaders (FWBL) at the University of Arkansas is on a mission to help students build the confidence, skills, and connections they need to walk into their careers ready to lead.
But we can’t do it without mentors like you.

As a mentor, you’ll be paired with a student who’s exactly where you once were — figuring out what kind of professional they want to become. You don’t need all the answers. You just need to show up, share what you’ve learned, and remind them that someone believed in them before the world did.
Here’s the thing about mentoring: it gives back just as much as it takes. Mentors consistently say it sharpens their own leadership, keeps them connected to fresh perspectives, and reminds them why they got into their field in the first place. It’s a chance to turn your own hard-won lessons into someone else’s head start — and to watch a student grow because you chose to invest in her.

We’re looking for professionals across all industries who are ready to give a little time and a lot of encouragement for the upcoming school year. Whether you have one hour a month or want to be a regular sounding board, there’s a place for you in this program.
