Some early game trailer animation roughs👊

After being stuck in bed all week, it was nice being able to get out and do some coffee shop sketches. Been watching a ton of anime lately and was inspired to board something out.

Sometimes I’m so amazed at tech these days that all I need is an iPad to make stuff like this!

Recently made the decision to add trading cards to my indie game! I’ve always been inspired by the art of Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh cards, now is my chance to put my own spin on the genre! I’m very pumped with how these turned out, excited to design more! Which one is your favorite? by @ube.jay

Since tearing my achilles, I’ve been much more sedentary. Usually I have a hard time sitting still / in the same place for too long. But if there is anything this injury has given me, it’s time. I’ve been exploring and rediscovering what being an artist means to me. It’s given me more time to work on my indie game project but also time to dive back into illustration and animation! I want to start sharing personal projects again. Maybe I’ll start streaming on twitch more consistently so some of y’all can keep me company💜 by @ube.jay
