The Man Who Wears Every Hat. Baker. Market Lead Prep king. Buttercream master. Cookie machine. Supportive husband. Ube fam hype man. Wayde does it all. Ube Overload wouldn’t be what it is without him. Every purple bite you love carries his hard work, heart, and hustle. Say hi to Wayde at the next market — he deserves all the love. by @ubeoverload
We’ve been keeping a secret for a month… and today we finally get to share it. Ube Overload has a NEW KITCHEN HOME. 💜✨ To our community — thank you for every order, every pop‑up pull‑up, every repost, every share. YOU helped us build this. We wouldn’t be here without your love and support. You are part of this kitchen just as much as we are. To our wholesale business partners — thank you for your patience, your trust, and your continued support. You helped us grow in ways we never imagined. Without you all, we truly wouldn’t be here today. We appreciate every collaboration, every reorder, every message, and every belief you placed in our small business. To our friends — you know exactly who you are. Thank you for being with us through this entire process. For the late‑night talks, the advice, the honesty, the “you got this” moments, and the real support that never needed to be posted to be felt. We genuinely love you all. We’re so grateful to be building this next chapter with you. We can’t thank you enough. To our girls — thank you for your patience, your help, and your understanding when Mom and Dad had to bake late into the night. We love you so much. This dream is for you too. To our in‑laws — thank you for always helping us with the girls, for stepping in when we needed time, space, or sleep. Your support means more than we can ever say. To Papa — thank you for delivering our supplies, for showing up every time, and for being so kind through it all. If you ever meet Papa, please make sure to say hi and thank you. He’s a big part of this journey. To our family — thank you for the roots, the love, and the story that started all of this. Ube Overload was named by our nephew on Christmas Eve during Covid, a time when we weren’t supposed to see each other… but still found a way to stay connected. This brand was born from family, and it continues to grow because of family. We are so lucky — blessed, really — to have a community, friends, partners, and family who truly support us. This new kitchen is more than a space. It’s a reminder of how far love, culture, and hard work can take you. Now… let’s bake. And please share this post. Salamat! 💜 by @ubeoverload
Hi friends! There’s a lot of new here for so I thought I reintroduced my self. I’m Joey, the person behind Ube Overload. Baking is my passion and my side hustle. 😊 I’m a self-taught baker who loves creating delicious treats that bring joy to others. I started Ube Overload to share my love for ube and Filipino flavors with the world. I’m a proud mom of two wonderful girls, Jayde and Jaelyn. My husband Wayde has been my biggest supporter and partner in this sweet journey. Together, we’re co-owners of Ube Overload, dedicated to crafting unique and delightful desserts. Baking allows me to express my creativity and connect with people. I find immense satisfaction in seeing the smiles on our customers’ faces when they try our treats. Whether it’s a farmers market, a pop-up event, or a special order, we pour our hearts into every creation. Thank you for being a part of our journey and for supporting Ube Overload. We hope our treats bring as much happiness to you as they do to us! 💜 Joey Founder, Ube Overload Email: ubeoverloadph@gmail.com #ubeoverload💜 #ubeoverload #filipinoownedbusiness #popupbakery #onlinebakery #kentwa #covingtonwa #maplevalley Photo credit @aikafoz thank you sis for wonderful photo. by @ubeoverload
Some days are heavier than others. Running a small business isn’t always easy. There are long days, rising costs, endless packaging, early mornings, and late nights that nobody sees. But then we look at photos like this. Boxes headed to our retail partners. Orders going out. Customers coming back for more. And we’re reminded just how grateful we are. Thank you to every person who chooses Ube Overload, shares our products with friends, stops by our markets, and supports the small businesses that carry us. A special thank you to Wayde, who wears a hundred different hats behind the scenes. From baking, packaging, deliveries, pop-ups, and everything in between, this business wouldn’t be where it is without his dedication and hard work. And to our Papa and Nana who helps with the kids, supports us during busy seasons, and steps in whenever needed, thank you for being our village. We truly couldn’t do this alone. We don’t take any of it for granted. 💜 #UbeOverload #ShopSmall #SupportLocal #FilipinoOwned #PNWFoodie by @ubeoverload

A heartfelt thank-you to Ube Overload for gifting everyone that joined that day with free cookies and Moonbee Matcha for celebrating alongside our families! As we celebrate one year of Laro Tayo, it’s never just about a place to play, it’s about the little memories, familiar faces, and the village we’re building together. Your product isn't an accident. It's a creation - intentional, thought out, built with passion. Your imagery should be built the same way. Every cookie in this scene was placed with intention. The direction of each cookie, which cracks were visible, the height of the stacks, the foreground elements, the spacing, the light. Nothing was left to chance - because every element either earns attention or loses it. Attention to detail leads to trust. Trust leads to customers. If your imagery isn't built with that same intention, you're not just leaving aesthetics on the table - you're leaving sales there too. #authenticphoto #purposedriven #cookies #productphoto #builtintentionally by @ubeoverload
