2025 CAMP SZN — It’s a wrap!

We have completed our 16th year of affordable and accessible soccer camps in Boston and Hartford (NYC loading...)! Each day included an hour of health and wellbeing education, including hands-only CPR, AED education, free EKG screenings, concussion education, mental wellbeing, meditation, sports recovery and sports injury prevention.

🫶⚽️Sometimes it is more than just a Game…

Last night we returned to Newton North High School to honor Ucal McKenzie’s legacy at the 16th annual @baystatesoccerleague McKenzie Cup Final. Ucal was a guidance counselor and coach at NNHS and made a huge impact on the community. He tragically suffered a cardiac event and passed away during a BSSL match at the age of 32. Since that time, his wife @suzannedmckenzie established the @ucalbreakaway so that Ucal’s impact can still be felt today.

Last night the Foundation along with the help from @inaheartbeatfoundation donated 2 AEDs to the Cup Finalists - @roversfootballclub and @atletico_boston

🙏We thank Suzanne, her sister, @newton_north_tigers
@newtonctyparksandrec BSSL admin, referees, and the teams who played an important part in making this such a special night.
