Our fall semester student workers and volunteers are all back at the Garden!

We have such a passionate, knowledgeable, and creative team. Today they are working on an ivy removal and sheet mulching project. Visit the creek to see their project develop.

Landscape Architecture student Max has been busy working on the blackberry tunnel this summer.
We look forward to planting new plants around the tunnel later this fall.

Thank you to all our LAEP students who worked this summer on the tunnel project and propagated plants for the design!

Our very friendly koi fish are always excited to greet visitors!

Did you know that our koi have names?! They are all named after historic Blake Garden figures - either original Blake family members that once lived here, or the first UCB Landscape Architecture Blake Garden director and manager.

Our grotto is home to some precious tadpoles who just got their legs. Come take a peek sometime!

Summer blooms at Blake Garden!

Summer is a wonderful time to see butterflies and caterpillars at Blake Garden!
