My journey as a chef was born not out of idleness, but out of genuine passion and hunger for the culinary arts. With the guidance of HBS—and especially mentors like Chefyinks (Mr. Spatula), Chef Hannah, Chef Michael, and Chef Erick—I was trained, supported, and inspired every step of the way.

I am deeply grateful to HBS for the discipline, knowledge, and values instilled in me, which have shaped the chef I am becoming today.

Though this is just the beginning of my journey, I believe the sky is only the starting point. With the foundation I have received, I am confident that the future holds greater growth and accomplishments.

Thank you, HBS, for lighting this path and for being a part of my story. @hbshotelschool_lagos @chefyinks3340 #culinary #hbs by @ucheisachef___
