UCL School of Management has been awarded accreditation by AACSB International, a prestigious accreditation granted to institutions that meet rigorous standards in teaching, research and societal impact 👏

After a meticulous peer-reviewed process spanning several years, this recognition reflects the School’s commitment to continuous advancement at the intersections of business, science, and the humanities, placing it alongside the top six percent of business schools globally who are also accredited by AACSB.

UCL School of Management Director Davide Ravasi said: “This is a powerful endorsement of the hard work of our staff and students and of our impact across teaching, research and development. It cements our place as a globally competitive business school driving knowledge and innovation.”

We are thrilled to share that UCL has ranked the 9th best university in the world in the 2026 QS World University Rankings, marking its 14th consecutive year in the global top 10 🎉

This year’s rankings assessed more than 1,500 institutions around the world with more than 100 locations represented 🌍

UCL’s position in the rankings cements its exceptional reputation among both academics and employers and, in both categories, UCL ranked within the top 5% of all institutions assessed 👏

Additionally, U.S. News & World Report also ranked UCL 7th in the world in its 2025-2026 Best Global Universities ranking, which evaluates more than 2,250 institutions based on academic research and reputation 👊

Classes, workouts, study sessions and movie nights, all within easy reach.

We're excited for our first residents to enjoy the communal spaces at urbanest Canary Wharf!

Designed for student life, it offers space to focus, connect, unwind and make every day count. Plus, it's just a 13-minute walk from UCL School of Management, making it easy to get from home to lectures.

Single en-suite rooms are still available for all full-time UCL students.

✨ Be one of the first to call urbanest Canary Wharf home. Collage of images showing a person handing over keys, a student studying in a modern dorm room, another cooking in a shared kitchen, and someone playing records. Text overlay reads, "pov: you got the keys to UCL’s newest hall." by @ucl_som

Meet UCL SoM alumna Evelyn Kwan 👋

We caught up with 2026 Management Science graduate Evelyn to hear about her journey from Hong Kong to UCL, the experiences that led her to co-found Headstart, and why storytelling has become one of the most valuable skills she took from her degree.

From freelance photography and an unexpected role at an aerospace startup to co-founding a platform that has helped more than 1,500 students secure internships.

Read Evelyn's story on our website.

MSc Entrepreneurship student Roaa Ahmed recently wrapped up an incredible few weeks at Copenhagen Business School 🇩🇰

Part of UCL's Global Engagement programme, Roaa attended the Social Entrepreneurship and Business Model Innovation summer university programme at @cbscph 👏

The programme introduced her to a range of different social enterprise models, diving into how these ventures are built and, more importantly, how they sustain their impact over time. It wasn't just theory and one of the most valuable parts of the programme was the site visits to social enterprises operating in Copenhagen, where students met directly with their leaders.

Roaa also loved that the programme was experiential by design. Each lecture wasn't just delivered. Instead, the group applied what they learned directly to a social enterprise model as a live project, which made the learning completely different from a lecture alone.

Describing her experience, Roaa said:
“It was very special to learn and work alongside a group from so many different nationalities and backgrounds. There's something about problem-solving with people who see the world differently that sharpens my own thinking, and I walked away with as much from those conversations as from the coursework itself.

Of course, I can't wrap this up without mentioning Copenhagen in summertime - long walks, hikes, and exploring the city after class made this chapter even more memorable.

Thank to UCL Global Engagement for supporting this opportunity. It added a dimension to my Entrepreneurship year that I know I'll carry forward.”
