Medal Monday late post
We count our blessings and remain grateful for our first medals of the year

Celebrating the double blessings on this medal Monday of first and third place finishers at the annual @optima_run. What an amazing day, celebrating first place wirh his season opener was the road race General @road_runner_115 and coming in bronze medal position was none other than our Prince of the road @royal800m. The team showed up and showed out in support of the Ardenne Wellness centre.

What an amazing day it was on Sunday 8th June, the Steppas team journeyed to the Tru-Juice 5k in the plains of Linstead and came away with the overall win, third place win, and 2nd place female walker win.

First place the General of road racing Mr Garfield 'Gungu' Gordon @garfield_gordon_115 , third place to our young member Dominic Amponsah @amponsah698_1500m_and_5000m and Second place Female Walk winner Paula Sinclair @paulasincl.

Lets shout it from the rooftops and congratulate them all and everyone who made up the team.

Saturday March 8, At the staging of the JCFs DWTT race, our Javon Sawyers @⁨Javon Sawyers Run⁩ came away with the first place win. Congratulations, Javon "Shortman" he ended the weekend with a second place win at the Melbourne Cricket club 5k
