Flow requires foundation 🙌🏾👇🏾

Yesterday, @lukasmaax and I had the pleasure of teaching Brazilian Zouk to Versare, the advanced Bachata performance team I lead alongside @itstiagoferreira 🫶🏾

☝🏾 Bachazouk is an incredible fusion, but should start with respecting the source! You can’t just copy advanced movements, you have to study the mechanics behind them. And to execute those dynamic, head-rolling movements safely and beautifully, you have to know where they come from.

🔗 We brought it back to the source, focusing on technique, structure, and safety so they truly understand the ‘why’ behind the flow.

Knowing the roots makes all the difference! 👌🏾
