About this time last year, I began a journey that completely changed my life.

I stepped into the world of tech.
It started with IT Support, then grew into Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Cloud Security.

I completed my IT Support training in February, and today I officially completed my DevOps & Cloud Security training 🎉

What began as curiosity turned into discipline.
What once felt overwhelming became clarity.
What once scared me is now a skill set I’m proud to own.
Over the past year, I’ve built hands-on, real-world experience across:
IT Support & Customer Operations • Technical & customer support
• Virtual assistance & CRM tools
• Email, account, and calendar management
• Lead generation, telemarketing & cold/warm calling
• Workflow automation & project management tools

Cloud, DevOps & Security • Cloud Security fundamentals
• DevOps practices
• AWS & Azure
• Terraform, Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and real-world deployments

This milestone is more than a certificate, it is a proof of resilience and proof that consistency compounds and pays off massively.💃💃

2025 was truly a remarkable year for me: a year of learning, stretching, unlearning, and growth.
The learning curve was steep, but it shaped me greatly.

Double congratulations QueenB 👑👑

As always, I dedicate these certificates to my 4 amazing boys and my wonderful mother, Deaconess Grace Ugwuiro my constant source of strength.❤️❤️❤️

To anyone just starting or feeling behind:
Keep going. Progress is happening even when it’s quiet.
Now, it’s time to apply, build, and earn massively in 2026

On to the next chapter of my life and El Roi is fully on this journey with me 💃💃💃
