Today, POLIS honors Juneteenth, celebrating the end of slavery in the United States and the resilience, courage, and contributions of generations of Black Americans.

Juneteenth is a reminder that the fight for freedom didn’t end in 1865, it’s a fight every generation has to carry forward. POLIS stays committed to learning, growing, and pushing for a more just future.

Happy Juneteenth! ❤️💛💚 by @ufpolis
