Summer may be over, but I’m not ready to let go of soft, beachy waves✨

A little wave routine, a few loose curls, and I’m keeping that summer feeling around a bit longer

Full glam off, fresh skin on

Nothing beats that end-of-day feeling of taking it all off and getting back to fresh, clean skin with my CeraVe cleanser 🤍

One thing I’ve actually stayed consistent with lately? My hair routine

I started noticing more shedding, weaker-feeling hair and honestly… my confidence took a hit a little too.

So instead of trying random quick fixes, I wanted to focus on supporting my hair from within and building a routine I could realistically stick to every day.

Lately I’ve been adding DENSE Daily Densify Vitamins into my mornings and it’s genuinely become one of the easiest habits in my routine 💛

I love that it includes more than just biotin with ingredients like zinc, iron, pumpkin seed extract & saw palmetto to support healthier-looking hair over time.

And honestly? Consistency really is everything when it comes to hair care.

I honestly thought all hair vitamins were basically the same… until I actually looked at the ingredients 👀

What made me interested in DENSE Daily Densify Vitamins is that it’s not just another basic biotin gummy.

It includes ingredients like:
✨ Saw Palmetto
✨ Pumpkin Seed Extract
✨ Zinc
✨ Iron
✨ Vitamin E

…all combined to support healthier-looking hair from within.

As someone who’s been dealing with more shedding lately, I’ve been trying to focus less on quick fixes and more on building a consistent hair routine that actually feels realistic long term 💛

Because healthy hair is usually about consistency, patience, and supporting your hair over time — not overnight miracles.

If you’re noticing more hair shedding lately… you’re definitely not alone 🥲

I started seeing more hair in my brush, after wash days, even while styling my hair, and honestly it started affecting my confidence more than I realised

Anniversary dinners don’t have to be complicated ✨

For our anniversary, I wanted something cosy and special — good food, a nicely set table, and time to actually enjoy the evening together.

I used Cauldron Express ginger & garlic tofu, and it made dinner feel so much easier. Dinner came together quickly, which meant I had a little more time to slow down, set the table, and enjoy the little moments.

Sometimes that’s what makes it feel special — just a little more time together 💛

Not to be dramatic… but these garlic fries have officially ruined plain fries for me.

#ad I was just making a quick snack with Lamb Weston Frenzy Fries and somehow it turned into this… crispy, buttery, garlicky goodness 🤤

All I did was mix butter, fresh garlic and parsley, toss the fries in… and that’s it.
No complicated steps, no extra effort — but it tastes like something you’d order as a side at a restaurant.

If you love easy recipes, quick snacks, or just want to upgrade your fries at home… you need to try this.

These Frenzy Fries hit different — super crispy on the outside and perfect for holding all that flavour.

Safe to say… I’m not going back to plain fries anytime soon.
