Life comes at ya fast
This is an anti IUD and anti Tylenol post:)
Back in February I got an botched IUD, over the course of a day or two I started to get really sick, I was in so much pain that I was eating Tylenol like candy. I waited to go to the hospital until I started passing out and couldn’t walk anymore. Turned out that the IUD was inserted wrong and was embedded to some muscle that I don’t even remember the name of which caused my uterus to get infected which, then put me in septic shock. I ended up taking so much Tylenol trying to help the pain that I over dosed and sent myself into liver failure :) I had to be life flighted to Boston because they thought I was going to have to get a transplant.
It took two weeks of traumatic procedures, lots of different IV’s and ports, and a fuck ton of antibiotics to get me better. After two weeks I was discharged but I’m covered in scars and I’ll never be as healthy as I was before.
Moral of the story, be thankful for what you have because life can change in an instant. Oh and NEVER get an iud and fuck Tylenol :)
